Arne Jacobsen Style Cashmere Egg Chair – Black
Born in 1902 in Copenhagen, Arne Jacobsen was a fairly unremarkable student at school and once his studies were finished became bricklayer’s apprentice. This instilled an appreciation for raw materials that was a feature in all of Jacobsen’s work. Designed in 1958 for the Royal SAS Hotel the Egg Chair has become a recognisable master piece.
Designed for comfort as well as aesthetics, the Arne Jacobsen Style Egg Chair is stunning, soft and affordable. Made of gorgeous cashmere, this curvaceous chair was made by perfectionists to mirror the original. From living rooms to reception areas; the Egg Chair is loved by everyone. The Arne Jacobson inspired chair features 360 swivel and tilt function with a 4 star cast aluminium base. Upholstered in fine Cashmere this chair never fails to impress. The Egg is undoubtedly one of the triumphs of Arne Jacobsen’s total design.
