WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY LEAD TIMES?
Deliveries from stock lines are usually made within 1 day of cleared funds. Non-stock deliveries are usually made within 6-8 weeks of cleared funds. For further details see our Delivery and Returns Policy at the bottom this page.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE, FABRIC OR COLOUR?
We manufacture a lot of our furniture right here and can customise to fit in your specific space. Please call or e-mail us directly to discuss your individual requests.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PROTECTED BY A WARRANTY?
All Items are covered by Manufacturers Warranty for 24 months.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE?
Our products are made from quality materials, and all upholstered coverings comply to BS5852 – Fire and Furnishings Regulations 1988.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR GENERAL USE?
Yes, all of our products have been checked to ensure that they are suitable for purpose; however it is the individual’s responsibility to evaluate practicality for the specific intended environment. For example:- You may have a vulnerable surface such as polished hardwood flooring, in which case it would be a sensible precaution to apply felt pads to the bottom of furniture items to avoid damage.
If on receipt of your goods you are concerned that they may not be suitable for your intended environment, providing the goods are undamaged and in resalable condition, we will be happy to exchange or refund (in accordance with our returns and refunds policy). We are not responsible to damages that may occur to your property, interior finishes or belongings in cases where a customer has failed to evaluate a product’s practicality for the specific intended environment.
